I hold a Master’s degree in Engineering from Kyiv National Technical University of Ukraine, and further specialised in Product Design at Ironhack School in Berlin. My background spans a fusion of 10+ years in Marketing Communications and 6+ years in Product Design. Starting in traditional advertising at Saatchi&Saatchi and Leo Burnett in Ukraine, I transitioned to digital-focused agencies in 2012, to leading digital products and marketing communications at dynamic local agencies and startups.
I’ve built my career around integrating marketing communications and product design. In the past decade, I’ve had the privilege of working with amazing brands like Google, Microsoft, BMW, Nivea, Abbott, and Nestle across diverse markets: Germany, US, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, Russia, Ukraine, etc.
As a Digital Director and Creative&Strategy Director in digital agencies Grape, Pichesky, and Northseaduck in Ukraine and Russia, and then working remotely for a variety of projects across Europe I contributed to projects ranged from SMM and digital campaigns to AR/VR and AI-driven solutions. I am proud of being part of over 100 successful marketing and design projects across telecoms, automotive, banking, retail, and other sectors. My expertise covers the end-to-end marketing campaigns creation and supervision, agencies coordination, UX/UI, product design, and marketing media production.
In addition to my agency roles, I co-founded Northseaduck digital agency and Promoone, a data-driven SaaS platform aimed at enhancing promotional campaigns and customer retention.
My journey led me to lead product design and marketing at Contastic.Live company, focusing on next-generation care concierge product.
As a leader, I’ve built and mentored marketing and design teams, established hiring and project processes for a variety of companies. My experience spanned close collaboration with stakeholders, managing P&L budgets, producing marketing projects. I find fulfillment in helping others grow and fostering a culture of creativity, strategic thinking as well as setting design standards.
As both a marketer and a product designer, I’m passionate about handling the entire end-to-end process. I aim to create impactful product that align with company goals.
As an individual contributor, I love to design myself as well as organize the design process. I’m passionate about designing products that discover market opportunities by connecting the genuine needs of people with digital market gaps. I oversee projects from a deeper perspective, utilizing my experience in both design and marketing.
